Terms of service

Clear terms for using PorchRocket.

Effective and last updated July 22, 2026

These terms govern this marketing website, demo requests, and any no-cost preliminary analysis provided through it. A paid pilot, subscription, campaign, data integration, or other product service will be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, it controls for the paid service.

In these terms
AcceptanceWebsite servicesImportant limitationsYour submissionsAcceptable useLiability

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing porchrocket.com or submitting a request, you agree to these terms and acknowledge thePrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement for yourself or the business you represent. If you use the site for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Website and preliminary services

PorchRocket provides information about roofing marketing, property intelligence, CRM reactivation, and front-office and claims-documentation workflows. We may also provide demos, estimates, sample outputs, and no-cost preliminary analyses. Any growth map, estimate, score, audience, claim-file example, or ROI scenario provided before a paid agreement is preliminary, may be incomplete, and may change after we validate source data and scope.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the public site. A submitted time window is a request, not a confirmed appointment; we will confirm the actual time separately.

3. Important limitations; no professional advice

Property signals indicate potential fit; they do not prove roof condition, damage, insurance coverage, code requirements, eligibility for benefits, or purchase intent. A property still requires appropriate inspection and professional judgment. CRM scores and financial scenarios are prioritization tools, not promises of leads, revenue, booked appointments, or closed jobs. Illustrative examples are not historical customer results unless expressly identified and substantiated as such.

Claims and supplement content is workflow and documentation information, not legal advice, insurance advice, an adjustment of a claim, or an interpretation of a policy. PorchRocket does not act as your attorney, insurer, engineer, or public adjuster through this website. Coverage and payment decisions remain subject to the policy, documented facts, applicable law, and the carrier's review. You are responsible for required licenses and for the accuracy and legality of representations made to a homeowner, carrier, adjuster, or other party.

4. No outcome guarantee

Unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise, PorchRocket does not guarantee response rates, rankings, deliverability, call outcomes, appointments, revenue, cost savings, claim approval, payment amount, or timing. Results depend on market conditions, source-data quality, customer decisions, carrier decisions, and other factors outside PorchRocket's control.

5. Your submissions and feedback

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for having the right to provide it. You grant PorchRocket a non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, and communicate submitted information only as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, protect and operate the site, and provide the services you requested. You retain ownership of your submissions.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, payment-card data, confidential claim files, or production CRM exports through the public website form. Any later transfer of customer, homeowner, CRM, call, or claim data must use an approved product workflow and will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, PorchRocket may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

6. Communications

When you submit contact information, you authorize PorchRocket to contact you about that request using the channels you provide. Submitting a request is not consent to receive automated marketing texts or calls where separate consent is required by law, and it is not a condition of purchasing anything. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, including by attempting to:

  • Disrupt, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
  • Submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or deceptive material.
  • Use automated means in a way that degrades the service or circumvents access controls.
  • Misrepresent PorchRocket data, examples, or outputs as verified facts about a property or person.
  • Use site content or preliminary outputs to violate privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, telemarketing, insurance, licensing, or other applicable laws.

8. Intellectual property

The site, brand, software, original graphics, and site content are owned by PorchRocket or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with attribution, but may not reproduce or commercialize substantial portions without written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may reference or integrate with third-party products. PorchRocket does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, terms, or practices. Product names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the site. Separate privacy and data-processing terms may apply to paid products and customer-provided data.

11. Availability and disclaimers

The public site and preliminary services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PorchRocket disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PorchRocket and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the public website or a no-cost preliminary service, even if advised that such harm was possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of PorchRocket and its suppliers for all claims arising from or related to the public website or a no-cost preliminary service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid PorchRocket specifically for that website or preliminary service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs that result from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit without the necessary rights. This section does not require you to cover losses caused by PorchRocket's own unlawful conduct.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to the site when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and responsibility for misuse.

15. General terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; PorchRocket may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the relevant business. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the public site and preliminary services, but do not replace a signed agreement for paid products. Governing-law and venue terms in an applicable signed agreement control disputes related to that agreement.

16. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and changing the date above. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. If required by law, we will provide additional notice. Questions may be sent to info@porchrocket.com.
