What every quote must show

You can’t compare quotes that hide the math.

If a proposal cannot explain these line items, the buyer cannot tell whether a lower number is actually cheaper.

Straight answers

Pricing questions, answered plainly

Why are there no fixed dollar amounts on the pricing page?

Because the four products scale on different things: homes scored, CRM records worked, calls and messages handled, claims documented, and mail volume. One flat number would overcharge a small team and hide costs from a big one. Your quote shows the unit, the volume, what's included, and the cap before you approve anything.

Are print and postage included in the software fee?

They are shown separately. When PorchRocket coordinates a mail campaign, the proposal identifies data and campaign fees apart from print, postage, specialty formats, list-processing, or other pass-through production costs.

Do you charge per user?

No. Pricing follows the work the system does for you: properties scored, CRM records worked, calls and messages handled, plus any clearly scoped setup. Your whole team can use it without a per-seat bill.

Can we start with only one product?

Yes. One mail campaign, one batch of CRM records, one phone line, or one active claim can each stand on its own. Start with the leak that costs you the most and add the rest when the first one pays.

Will a pilot automatically renew into a larger contract?

No. Your order spells out the term, the usage, the renewal, and how to cancel. Scaling up is your call, made after you've seen it work on your own numbers.

Priced to your company

Start small. Prove it. Then scale it.

Tell us your territory, your CRM size, or your call volume. You get a price built on your numbers, and you see exactly what it covers before you spend a dollar.
