Our data standardsCan you tell whether a bed needs fresh mulch?
The standard filter finds visible planting beds. It does not guarantee the ground covering is mulch or establish when service is due. Ask about a specific visible condition if that is important to your campaign.
How much does it cost?
From $0.72 to $1.20 a home. The more you order, the less each one costs. You see the exact price before you pay.

Are these people asking for a quote?
No. You get property data. The owners have not asked for a quote, and a matching roof does not mean the owner wants work. You start the conversation your own way.
Where does the data come from?
Aerial photos, property records, Census neighborhood data and public weather records. Imagery is never older than two years when we run your order. A detail we can't read stays blank.
How is roof age found?
We estimate it from aerial photos and property records. It is an age band, like 10+ or 15+ years, not an exact install date and not proof of damage. We only send properties we're 90%+ sure match.
What can I find for commercial work?
Business type, roof age, material, building size, rooftop HVAC, parking and more. Orders start at 10 buildings, and the more you order, the less each one costs. You see the total before you pay.
When is my list ready?
Within 48 hours after you pay, often sooner. If we can't find enough matches, the rest goes back to your account.
Does it work with my CRM?
You get CSV and Excel files, with import layouts for SalesRabbit and SPOTIO. We can help map fields for JobNimbus, HubSpot and other tools. These are file imports, not automatic CRM synchronization.
What if a property is wrong?
Credit it back from your order within 30 days. We never charge for a contact we don't find.
