How to read your results
A clear standard.
An honest estimate.
Our 90% confidence bar.
When you select an age range, every roof we deliver meets our 90% confidence bar for that estimated age band: we set our cutoff so that at least 90 of every 100 delivered roofs should be in the band you ordered. The bar is about roof age. It does not apply to owner-contact match rates or to fields marked unknown. It is our operating threshold, not an independent audit.
Roof age is estimated and can be off by a couple of years. Age-specific orders meet this confidence bar. Any-age orders have no age requirement and may include unknown ages. An estimate does not establish an exact installation date, current condition, confirmed damage, replacement intent, or solar suitability.
Imagery never older than two years.
We use imagery that is constantly refreshed and never older than two years when we process your order, plus property records. Images and image dates are not part of the delivered file.
What “Processed on” means.
This is the date we finished your order. It does not state when a roof was observed, installed, inspected, or damaged. Layout changes keep the original processed date. A new order creates its own version and processed date.
A review with a concrete remedy.
Open a delivered roof and select Request a data review. Choose whether the issue affects qualification, owner contact lookup, or the purchased weather/report component. Notes and evidence are optional. We show Received, Under review, Need information, Approved, or Not approved, with an explanation.
If a roof should not have been on your list, we credit back what you paid for it, including its add-ons. If only a phone lookup or weather report is wrong, we credit that part. Credit already issued for the same roof cannot be issued again.
Approved adjustments become permanent, noncash account credit for any future order in the workspace. They never expire and are used before purchased credit. Roofs we credit back stay off your later lists.
Missing information stays visible.
Unknown material, footprint, or solar data cannot satisfy a selected criterion. Unknown and not purchased remain distinct in exports. “Solar not detected” is a classification, not a suitability assessment. Property addresses and owner mailing addresses remain separate.
Useful proof.
Review your criteria before you pay, then reconcile delivered records with the final charges. Every order comes with its own field guide. We do not claim a count of roofs before we run your order.
