SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to the City of Midlothian, Purchasing Agent will be received at the Midlothian Community Room at Midlothian City Hall until 10:00 AM, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th, 2026 for the purpose of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and the performing of all work required in the construction of Mockingbird Lane and other improvements incidental thereto, at which time and place, the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained by the City for tabulation, checking and evaluation. This project involves the widening of Mockingbird Lane from Midlothian Parkway to Walnut Grove (approximately 10,600 linear feet) as well as the reconstruction of three intersections. The roadway will be reconstructed from a two-lane asphalt roadway to a two to four lane 8-inch-thick concrete with monolithic curb and gutter roadway. In addition, a 5 foot to 8-foot-wide sidew
