CITY OF DENISON, TEXAS NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) For Central Zone 24” Transmission Line Upgrade The City of Denison (“City”) is soliciting proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified contractors to provide Construction Manager-At-Risk Services for The Central Zone 24” Transmission Line Upgrade in Denison, TX. Services may include but are not limited to: o Final design and construction of a 24-inch Potable Water Line from a point just south of the Dean Rylant Water Treatment Plant along US Highway 75 to a connection point along Texas State Highway 91, just south of Texoma Drive. Construction includes multiple trenchless crossings under TXDOT highways and Union Pacific Railroad, installation of valve appurtenances along the pipeline, multiple connections to existing water infrastructure, and restoration of roads and right-of-way.
